After HoursGrades 6 - 8 Does your child like to participate in clubs and activities? If so, then the Kyrene After Hours is the premier program for your Middle School child. This exciting and fun experience will provide a safe and enriching place for Middle School students to be before or after school, during school closures and during the Summer. The program activities are student-driven and may include the following: video games, cooking projects, air hockey, pool, Foosball, sports, fine arts, service learning projects, homework time and more. Program Options and Tuition Rates 2026 - 2027 Special Registration Information: Pueblo Students: Before School Care is available at Pueblo through the After Hours program. After School Care is available at Paloma through Kids Club. Please enroll in the program(s) that match your care needs. Kyrene Traditional Academy (KTA): Kids Club is available for students in K-8 Centennial students: Centennial After Hours is not currently an option for 2026 - 2027. If you are an incoming 6th grade family at Centennial and would like After Hours before/after school programming, please complete this survey. Kids ClubGrades K - 5 (School year) Kyrene Kids Club programs help children reach their full potential cognitively, socially, physically and emotionally. All of our programs are on school campuses, so the transition from the school day to after school is consistent and convenient. Non-School Days are not included in monthly tuition and are available during most school closure days and Summer break at campuses within the District. Middle School AthleticsKyrene offers both “cut” and “non-cut” sports for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students. Cut sports include: soccer, basketball, volleyball, cheer, softball, and baseball. The non-cut athletic opportunities include cross country, wrestling, and track & field. Each year, over 3,000 middle school students from the Tempe, Chandler, and Phoenix area participate in the Kyrene Athletic Program.
